The end of an era always denotes the beginning of a new one.
While it always seems an end… in reality it’s another beginning.
While one makes you sad the other makes you happy and excited.

It doesn’t matter how u look.
It doesn’t matter how u behave.
It doesn’t matter how good or bad your luck is.
It doesn’t matter how skilled or unskilled you are.
All that matters is how many times have u tried,
How many times have u failed,
How many times have u risen back.
So it doesn’t matter, just keep trying.

It’s not easy to make something easy.
But it’s easier to give the perception of ease.
In the end, it becomes more about perception than reality. And who said perception is anything but different than reality?
So try to make it easy, if not change the perception if possible.

The memories you remember from the past are:
People who loved you,
People who cared for you,
Good or Bad Stories you created with people,
And while you live to still create memories,
Memories are all about people in your life, not the materialistic gains.
So let’s value people, create better memories, and live vivid life to remember.

Take a break to:
Celebrate your happy moments,
Cry on your sad once,
Rest your body and mind,
And recuperate for a while.
So that you can,
Comeback with a bang.

It’s all about being happy;
Whether you are rich or poor,
Whether you are famous or infamous,
Whether you are beautiful or ugly,
Whether you are introvert or extrovert,
Whether you are smart or dumb,
Whether you are lucky or unlucky,
So be happy!

Whether we tackle day-to-day conflicts or a more significant problem, we need to invest our minds equally.
Hence given a choice between a “small or trivial problem” or a “big or difficult problem”, it is a good idea to choose the latter. As it gives us a better chance to accomplish our dreams!

Your riches,
Your knowledge,
Your reach,
Your happiness,
Your sadness,
Your pain,
Your gain,
Your loss,
Your life,
It’s all relative to others.
So be wise to choose the others,
Compare with bests if you want to be sad,
Compare with the below if you want to be happy,
Compare with peers if you want to be competitive.

If we work hard there must be a way.
If we make up our mind there must be a way.
If we don’t give up there must be a way.
If we are adamant there must be a way.
If we have the attitude there must be a way.
There must be a way to achieve anything in this world!

Think of your comments, suggestions, and questions as pebbles you’re throwing into a stream: Each one can have an impact far larger than you may intend. So always recognize the weight your words carry, and speak with intention.
During meetings with your team, try not to “think out loud,” and avoid lobbing ideas at everyone. Be sure you’re giving the team a clear, unified picture of projects and strategies; if you aren’t ready to do that in a particular situation, hold off on saying anything until you are. And don’t ask for updates unless you really need them. That kind of message appears urgent, even when it’s not. Always specify what information you need, why, and when, so you don’t create an unnecessary fire drill.
