Be with action to sail thru any problems in life.
 
Action defines what we are and what we will be tomorrow.
 
So ignore emotions and be with action.

Bend Yourself…

Nature requires us to bend to accept, whether we like it or not. It can be a scenic view in wild or a barren land in the desert.
 
Internet does not require us to bend:-
 
Didn’t like the text from someone, change the WhatsApp group
 
Email is harsh, ignore it but do not bend.
 
Didn’t like a video change it for another one.
 
It allows ifs and buts.
 
Not bending gives us a false sense of ego as if everything is according to us. But it doesnt. We have much lesser control.
 
So bend yourself to accept and life has much more to offer.
 
 

Dont let it kill empathy…

Awaiting response of a text message in your Whatsapp. 
 
You are fuming to get it from other people. Without any consideration of them.
 
Why so impatient for a response? Is it because we cannot see the person in front of us.

Are you a busy person?

The busy person has a bias for action, the ability to ship, and a willingness to contribute more than is required. The busy person is wrong more than most people (if you get up to bat more often, you’re going to have more hits and more outs, right?).
 
Those errors are dwarfed by the impact they create.
 
Being a busy person is a choice. It might not work for you, but you could try it out for a while.
 
We need more busy people.

You’d do it in half…

Physical Exercise in the morning is difficult, with all the day to day things ahead. Its time consuming, we generally think of skipping or shortening it and get ready to go to the office.
But here is the deal, if we exercise we can finish the same work in half the time.
Try it out, by exercise your brain cells are so open that the productivity is 10 times of normal brain cells. You can try a very simple experiment.
Choose a day to do the exercises. And later in the day, do a heavy task for 25 minutes any hour of the day, like presentation or coding or designing, etc.
 
Next day do this without exercise, u will see a perceptible difference in the outcomes.
So next time while exercising you want to take a short cut, just remember “You’d do it in half if you exercise now”

Wasting time…is it?

Have u got the feeling of guilt while doing a meaningless activity like watching TV or playing mobile games etc?
 
Are you wasting time on it?
 
Why does it give a feeling of guilt suggesting we should be doing something better? Like reading a book or studying?
 
Maybe its internal clock which is set in from childhood, which tells that study otherwise “you will not get good grades in exams”
 
So does this feeling help?
 
In one way it helps to allow us to respect our time and invest it in better activities.
 
It also depends on what exactly are u doing instead of the meaningless activities. What are you avoiding to do your recreation?
 
Study for Exams or Office work.
 
Office work.
 
Reading.
 
Social Engagement.
 
Learning or Practising something for becoming good in it.
 
So how do we confirm? which one is more critical than the other.
 
One way is to get it validated by others, maybe parents or mentors.
 
Other way decide which lead closer to ur dreams! or long term goals.
 

Capacity to Choose…

We always have a choice.
 
Wherever, Whenever, Whoever we are, we always have a choice.
 
If someone is not listening to you, choose to persuade them or choose to ignore them. But its ur choice.
 
If you don’t like your job, choose to work for money, or quit and find a job which u like.
 
If things are not working according to plan, choose to fight or choose to change the scene, maybe u r not meant for the scene.
 
The most important part is to explore and find the right choice (And this may take a while) and fight for it till the end.
 
But there is always a choice…
 

Almost ready…

Almost ready is Not ready
 
When someone says its “almost ready” it’s more dangerous than saying its “not ready”.
 
Almost ready implies that they have no clue when it will be ready.
 
Beware of people who say “Almost ready or Almost Done” they are not committed enough to know when it will ready!
 

Getting water out of the well…

A distraction interrupts the mind and kills the flow of a task.
 
It’s like while focusing on getting a bucket of water from well, a distraction allows the bucket to fall back. And start the complete process again.
 
You are absorbing a book, a message distracts and u couldn’t get any further.
 
Having an intense discussion and a phone call takes u off from it.
 
Digital distractions, hijacks mind every time, breaking the conscious to subconscious flow.
 
The mind is like the well, as soon as you are reaching out to get the water a distraction pulls u off.
 
Get off those distractions:- switch off your phone, avoid checking emails…
 
Be calm and focused on one task to get your fill of water.

Two Wishes…

When you’re feeling stuck with your project, step back and grant yourself two wishes.
 
What will improve if you get these wishes? Put these in a piece of paper.
 
Now that you have got it, how to progress in the project. What are you going to do about it?
