Advice vs Support…

Advice is easy, it’s many, it’s cheap, it’s abstract and it’s short-lived. It can be given by anybody.

Support is hard, it’s rare, it’s expensive, it’s concrete, and it’s long term. It is given by someone who believes in you, someone who cares.

So give support if you really care instead of advice.

And if looking, always look for support instead of advice.

Blurred Path…

Don’t expect the path to be always clear;

Clear paths are easy but if it continues,

There are no chances of serendipities.

There are no chances of innovations.

There are no chances of breakthroughs.

Humankind owes a lot to the blurred path.

So grab the blurred path as leverage points and opportunities.

Effective Soft Skills in Any Job…

Even if you’re working in a job that feels temporary, dead-end, or just isn’t the one, you’re not wasting your time. You can use this opportunity to develop some invaluable soft skills that will serve you in any career you might pursue down the road.

  • Problem-solving. Every job has challenges, some more complex than others. Being adept at problem-solving—which includes understanding the problem and root cause, then brainstorming solutions and alternatives—shows structured thinking with logic-based reasoning.
  • Effective communication. Being able to translate complex ideas for any audience (customers, clients, coworkers) is a critical capability in every field. Think of your job as an opportunity to practice adjusting your communication with each person you interact with.
  • Teamwork. Every job, on some level, requires some degree of collaboration. Practice new ways to resolve conflicts, align stakeholders, and partner with colleagues to advance your team’s goals.
  • Leading and influencing (even without authority). You’re more than just a cog in a machine. Look for opportunities to voice your opinions and ideas, mentor others, and contribute to your workplace culture.

Look afar; See the end from the beginning…

Can we see the end from the beginning?

If yes:

It can save us a lot of time in being with failure.

It can almost guarantee our success in the end.

It can avoid a lot of confusion and decision-making headaches.

It can make us almost predict the future.

It can make us superhuman almost god-like.

The more we can see the end from the beginning the closer we are to the above.

So let’s try to look afar and envisage the end from the beginning.

Your mind is not alone…

We think that our mind alone is aspiring and working. What about other parts of our body, can we make them all work together? Is there intelligence in each and every part of our body?

What if all our body parts with the mind work together? How marvelous will that be? If that happens every inch of our body is in sync with each other aspiring together in life.

So who said our mind is alone, take along the body, work with it, use it, be in love with it, and see how it can create a new world, a new perception for us.

You’re at the end of the road again…

Are you at the end of the road again? Or it is a new beginning.

Wherever and whenever there is an end, it happens to be the dawn of a new beginning.

So don’t worry if things are at the end and if it is not a happy ending.

As there is always a new beginning, embrace it and let it begin with hope and enthusiasm.

You could live a better life…

Contrary to believing that money makes life better, it’s the mind and body that make our life better.

We live a better life if we have a better mind and a better body. Yes, money can make things better but not so much so.

So focus on a better mind and body to live a better life.
