What is this feeling?

Once in every two hours (Or a regular interval) do this:

Sit calmly for 2 minutes (I know it’s difficult) and try to understand what feeling u r going thru.

Is it anger, guilt, pity or angst what is it? And why?

Maybe its bad breakfast u had or someone didn’t do as per ur expectations or someone let u down…

Now try and put urself in their shoes to understand. Empathize with the person for 2 minutes ignoring your negative feeling…

Is the feeling joyful, happy? And why?
Keep the feeling as long as possible, try to understand how this feeling came and repeat doing it if possible…

Sometimes we cannot identify the feelings and its a bit confusing. Still, try to name the feeling if it’s possible and after some practice, it will start coming.

Try the above on daily basis, to lead much fulfilling and forgiving life, rather than always feeling muddled and anxious!

Dont blow ur mind…

Teaching/Managing someone or a group requires lots of patience. To get into their shoes and limit urself to run with their pace is one of the most difficult & intensive work.

It’s like you have an engine of double or triple horsepower but need to run with the lesser caliber of others.

But here are the considerations on why we should do it:

#How u will add up another person to your mission and dream unless we synchronize ourselves with them?

#While the other person is slow in one area and you are holding the reins. The situation can be the other way around for a subject where u r novice.

So hold urself while thinking of blowing ur mind in frustration. And show trust instead of rolling up ur sleeves.

All in good time, it will come back to you as a nice gesture to help others grow.

So hold it..don’t blow ur mind away…

As long as I have deadlines, I’ll always feel guilty when I’m not working…

If you’re diligent in what you do, you know this feeling. You’re committed to doing the best job you can, but the job is never-ending or next one comes along.

With daily or weekly deadlines, there’s always another one coming up soon, and it’s usually enough to keep us spinning in circles in our mind, even if off duty.

Reducing deadlines has helped, but then need to find more sustainable long-term that we can do for the rest of life.

Seven Deadly Productivity Mistakes…

Let’s avoid these deadly mistakes to boosts our productivity:-

#Mistake No. 7: Working Too Hard

Don’t work too hard, work smart. Learn/study improve ur skills and work smart.

#Mistake No. 6: Consuming Too Much Content

Do you ever have a feeling like you’re at the mercy of your phone with constant pings, notifications, and calls?

TV, Social Media, News always connected with content, get away with these distractions.

#Mistake No. 5: Working In The Open

You’re working on something in a shared work environment like an open-plan office or library. You’re focusing really hard but there’s always noise. That printer whirring away, people chatting, doors opening and closing, someone’s phone beeping… There’s always something going on and if you’re not deeply into something, you’re going to lose that focus. And every time you do, that’s 25 minutes spent getting it back. That’s a huge waste of time, especially if you don’t have that kind of environment at home as an option, although you can build this space using glazed walls from www.glazed-partitioning.co.uk as this help a lot with privacy and silent.

#Mistake No. 4: Multitasking

A jack of all trades is a master of none, and that’s especially true when it comes to multitasking and productivity. When we repeatedly switch between tasks we lose up to 40% of their productivity. We also develop psychological problems with focusing and productivity, even when we are not multitasking. It’s tempting to switch to something when you have a brainwave about it but let’s not do it. It’s not worth it.

#Mistake No. 3: Forgetting About Quality Downtime

The first part is ‘Work hard’ but the second part is ‘Play hard’. And it’s important to add play-time to our schedules because without downtime, we get tired and our productivity suffers.

#Mistake No. 2: Copying Other People’s Routines

While there’s a lot we can learn from other people — especially successful people we admire — we’re all different. That’s why it’s important for us to have a unique routine that is bests for us.

#Mistake No 1: Not “Taking” Enough Help from Others

We live in times where we’ve made to think that taking help is unacceptable, but there’s also a lot of benefits that come from receiving support. If you’re offered help, take it. If you’re offered a shoulder to cry on when things get tough, take it. If you’re offered friendship, partnership, joy, camaraderie — take it.

Take as much as you give, especially if it’s taken from the people who want to see you succeed.

Do one thing at a time. Period.

When you’re extremely busy, there’s the temptation to multitask.

Have you ever had that moment when two people are texting you, one is sending you WhatsApp message, and the other is trying to get you on the phone? When it happens, the initial impulse is to jump from one to the other and answer everyone as quickly as possible.

But try to fight that instinct and instead focus on each conversation to give it the attention it deservesFor example, if on a call, try to be 100% present. That means no texting or looking at email.

When you multitask, you end up with two (or more!) suboptimal results. Give all your attention to a single interaction at a time, and the outcome will be better.

Be with action…

Be with action to sail thru any problems in life.

Action defines what we are and what we will be tomorrow.

So ignore emotions and be with action.

Bend Yourself…

Nature requires us to bend to accept, whether we like it or not. It can be a scenic view in wild or a barren land in the desert.

Internet does not require us to bend:-

Didn’t like the text from someone, change the WhatsApp group

Email is harsh, ignore it but do not bend.

Didn’t like a video change it for another one.

It allows ifs and buts.

Not bending gives us a false sense of ego as if everything is according to us. But it doesnt. We have much lesser control.

So bend yourself to accept and life has much more to offer.
